Footstools and More have so many different size stools for everyone's needs. Their customer service is amazing, you just know you are dealing with a small independent company that care about their customers.I ordered a small stool in a yellow fabric. It took 6 weeks to be made and once ready, it was put on an overnight delivery. The high quality of my stool is wonderful. It was wrapped well for the delivery. I would highly recommend using this company.

I ordered a Canterbury Plain Bench Stool for my hallway in the Boucles Boho Soft Royal. The choice of fabrics and the delivery of my requested samples was excellent. The finished footstool is very good quality and the wool fabric covering is very soft. I needed the storage and was surprised just how much linen I can fit inside. Also it is comfortable to sit on. A beautiful addition to our guest bedroom.

I ordered recently a bespoke stool and it arrived super well packaged, and when i saw the piece I was astounded, it looks so good and the manufacture is flawless in my eyes; all seams in place, tufting perfectly aligned, the fabric stunning and structurally sound, I weigh 110Kg and it definitely has been okay …. We are delighted with the footstool and tray, it's exactly what we envisaged when we placed the order. The stool and tray are both bespoke sizes which didn't phase them at all. Both items are solidly made and finished to a very high standard. Communication with the company was good (lead-time was extended, but we were kept well informed) and the courier was very helpful when we asked for an alternative delivery option. All in all a very satisfying experience.

We recently ordered a storage ottoman for our lounge. The quality of the footstool was impressive. It was great to order a bespoke piece to fulfill our requirements. 2nd footstool purchased from Footstools & More. Love the fact that I could have exactly what I wanted in terms of fabric, style, feet etc. Service excellent. Not a cheap item but it's a fair price. You get what you pay for - the first footstool I purchased is in daily use for resting my feet. There are no signs of wear on that footstool and it's now 3 years old.

Excellent service from the outset when I bought a large footstool. As I wanted to choose my own material Footstools & More sourced it at a fraction of the price available local to me. The Footstool was delivered when promised and looks amazing! Only downside was a technical hitch meant I had to chase up the invoice/receipt, which was then promptly emailed to me.

This company was lovely to deal with and they actually thanked me for my order when I rang with a question. The stools are lovely but have given 4 stars because we are using them on carpet and the pads on the feet came off in the first hour of use. On a wood or other hard floor I'm sure they'd be fine but we had to staple them back on

I am completely happy with my footstool. My only complaint is the lack of communication about the progress of my order. I didn't even receive confirmation that my fabric, which I supplied, had been received until I phoned them to check whether it had arrived. That was also when I was given the delivery timescale on my order. I would have heard nothing otherwise.

We chose six material samples which were sent to us very speedily and then we placed an order for our chosen design. The footstool took several weeks to be made but was within the quoted time. We ordered a leather deep buttoned ottoman from footstools and more. We requested fabric samples first which we were sent very quickly and given some extras similar to the ones we had requested, which weren’t visible on the website. The website made ordering the footstool reallly simple and was clear to see the different options. Footstool was delivered 6 weeks later and is fantastic! Great quality, very sturdy and even better than we had hoped for!My only constructive feedback would be that I would have loved some more updates along the way to know how it was coming along and when to expect delivery. Also a function on the website to view a mock up of the footstool in your selected fabrics with your chosen legs etc. would be great (but I appreciate may not be possible!). Would highly recommend and would buy from again if we need another footstool or more(!) in the future!

We should have ordered reclining chairs when we changed our suite, but we did not so we went looking for foot stools. I have no hesitation in recommending this company - I came across it via Google whilst looking for a storage footstool and reviews were good so I decided to contact them. I liked the fact that you could customise the stool with both different fabric and legs and that you could order several fabric samples as it’s so difficult to determine colour on a screen. The samples arrived the next day and I contacted them straight away with my choices and asked if they could make the Lexington footstool to the size I wanted. This was no problem, so I ordered the stool. The footstool took about 6 weeks to be made (don’t think Covid helped) and was then delivered to my home and it’s just what I wanted. They were efficient from beginning to end and I just wished all businesses were the same!

Everyone in the family loves our large rectangular Alberta buttoned shallow footstool. It’s super sturdy but also lovely and cosy for popping 5 sets of feet up. Even the cat loves to nap on it. I enjoyed a very good service and am very pleased with my bespoke storage bench which is sitting at the foot of my bed. I asked for bolster cushions as opposed to the usual standard type and although they do not offer these they made especially for me. They do eat into the seating space but look so good. They even sent me the leftover fabric so ai could get some extra small cushions made for my bed. Very happy 😁

Decided to redecorate my house in lockdown and I went with the best from sofas beds to footstools. I got it all for such an amazing price and I’m in love with every single product,honestly dealing with Sam is so easy he’s probably the nicest salesman Ive come across he understands exactly what your after. Was really confused choosing colours and took his advice on it and I can’t be happier. So easy to order with them you select your own fabric and colour and send it to them and they custom make your furniture to what you wanted or better. The final result is always excellent. I’ve had a few bad experiences with a few companies before but made the best decision calling sam for a quote on the products and he didn’t let me down not many that offer such high quality bespoke products in such good price . I ordered a tray to go on (my already bought) footstool. It wasn’t a standard size as shown on the website so I dropped an email to ask if they could make a bespoke size. Absolutely great customer service they called me to discuss exactly what my needs were and I placed an order. It was delivered a couple of weeks later and I have to say I’m so delighted with it - it’s a fabulous centre piece for the room. I had a query over a swatch and they agreed to wait until the fabric (leather) came in and would send me a picture, and they did. The build quality is fantastic. I had problems with the fabric from an external supplier - F&M took photos along the way which enabled me to get a refund and reorder the fabric. I hadn't asked them to do this - they noticed the problem and thought to help. Nothing was too much trouble and communication was excellent - responding to my calls or emails without delay (even on a Saturday). The footstool arrived last Friday (as arranged) and it's absolutely beautiful and perfect. Fabulous workmanship and finished with such care - I have to admit to be surprised as I only found the company from the internet and would normally only use personal recommendation for this sort of work. I can't recommend them enough - from their customer service to the finished product. Thank you to everyone at Footstools & More.

I would recommend Footstools & More to anyone without reservation. Searched for the perfect footstool/ottoman without success until I spotted one on F&M. Alas, the fabric was not available and I was dismayed however I was given a huge range of fabrics to choose from and found several alternatives I loved. Customer service was excellent, quick and efficient, genuinely helpful and accommodating. Delivered on time and in perfect condition. My ottoman is beautiful and exactly what I wished for. Good quality, stylish, I just love it. I am going to order cushions now in the same fabric. I just wish the firm did more furniture and I would go to them for everything!

It is amazing how tricky finding the right footstool can be and inevitably (unless you are very lucky), you will need to look at having the same custom made. I had two old leather armchairs and must have requested roughly a million samples of fabrics to match these chairs. Everything seemed always wrong with one aspect or another of all other companies I sought quotes from. I had Footstools and More on my list and decided to try them too, what’s another quote among “million”. It turned to be one in a million. The leather proved a little tricky to get hold of and as Mark from Footstools realised this I received an update. I responded to this update and became the very appreciative recipient of regular updates (not that process took that long) as to the estimated time of arrival of my footstools. Not only that, when I asked that Mark might be able to ensure the footstools arrive before a mother-in-law with a highly critical eye, Mark was on it. I took delivery of two exceptionally well wrapped, gloriously soft and - crucially- matching the painful old armchairs at the root of the issue, footstools well in time to impress the mother-in-law, and she was. I can not fault the product but what’s more, the service at Footstools and More is the kind and at a level, we are just not used to in this country anymore. Thank you so much.

This was a custom order and nothing was to much trouble - even though I did change my mind about the design a couple of times in the early stages! I would definitely recommend this company. I searched everywhere online for a ready made storage footstool to fit the space I needed, but nowhere had one the right size in the right colour with storage. So I searched online for anyone who could make a bespoke one for my needs. Found this and another couple of company's and so I went about asking for samples. I received numerous samples that weren't good enough. I thought I had found something, but when I asked for that fabric to make a deep buttoned top Mark advised me this wasn't feasible and so having told him what kind of thing I was looking for, he sent me a couple more samples he recommended. We ordered the Lexington Footstool in a dark chocolate colour, when it arrived it was beautiful however the colour was several shades lighter than we were expecting. We phoned and Mark could not have been more helpful. The footstool was collected free of charge two days later and we were sent some new samples to look at the next day. We reordered and were assured that the sample would be checked with the actual leather to ensure a match. Our footstool arrived three weeks later and it is perfect. We ordered some swatches which came promptly and from there we were able to confidently pick out the colour and material we wanted for our center peice which was a large tan leather footstool. Ordering was simple and after an email confirmation I called up to double check the progress, the communication over the phone was great and we were able to discussed when it would be delivered. Communication on the exactl delivery time was good and I was able to plan my day off around it, the item arrived well packaged. The item itself was beautiful, from the workmanship to the materials, the leather just smells amazing. It's now sitting beautifully in the center of my new lounge! Highly recommended!

My footstool arrived today and I am delighted with it. The quality and finish is excellent and it has been a pleasure to deal with a company that gives such a high level of customer service. The samples I requested came by return of post, the ordering process was easy and delivery was well within the estimated delivery time. Absolutely love the footstool. Had shopped around lots of furniture stores but just couldn't find the right thing or the prices were outrageous. I finally found footstools and more who could provide me with the large footstool I was looking for. Really friendly and helpful staff. I also went to their factory as it happened to be close to where I live and they gave me a larger swatch of the material. They made it a little higher and gave great advice to make sure it was perfect. In daily use. We all love it.

I had a very clear idea of my ideal footstool; I wanted a traditional check pattern but modern chrome feet, something that is not available in the usual furniture stores. Footstools & More provide a bespoke service, they sent out fabric samples and were available to discuss further detail prior to manufacture. The end result is a beautiful, high quality storage footstool which looks exactly how I imagined it.

After deliberating for quite some time on whether to order one of their bespoke footstools I took the plunge and went for it. I spoke with the sales guy on the phone and he helped me choose legs and style along with a fabric that would go well with my current furnishings. When the item arrived I was over the moon with the quality and the professional look and feel of the product.A few of my friends have also commented on the quality of the product and are now in line to purchase from them too.The delivery time was exactly as I had hoped for a bespoke item and it arrived on the day that it was promised.I will definitely order from this company again when I need some more bespoke furniture, I simply cannot emphasise how good they were to deal with.

Hugely impressed by the quality and service. I contacted them about using a particular fabric which I was going to source myself. They were really helpful, and managed to get the fabric with a trade discount at 30% cheaper than the normal retail price. The advice they gave on the phone about leg height was excellent, and we are delighted with our giant footstool! I would highly recommend this company .

I contacted Footstools direct with an unusuale request for a circular seat with backrest for the centre of our dressing room. They said they could make bespoke furniture and I sent them a drawing of what I wanted. They were very helpful. Suggesting different options and sending me leather samples. All emails were answered quickly and quotes were exactly as I had specified. I placed the order and they made the seat keeping me informed of how it was progressing. When it was done it arrived and is absolutely perfect and just what I wanted. It is unusual to find a company that takes pride in their work but I can definitely recommend this company as one that does. I wouldn't hesitate to recomend or use them again.

So helpful - could not do enough to make sure we got exactly what we were looking for. The footstool is beautiful, the customer service is second to none and even delivery was exceptional (so rare these days)! We are delighted with our excellent quality footstool which has been complimented by so many visitors to our home.

We are very pleased with our footstool. We wanted to create more of a padded coffee table (which are so popular at the moment and seen in all the latest design magazines) but which can also be used as extra seating when needed or to rest one's feet on. So very flexible product. We keep a tray on the footstool so drinks can be put down on it without ruining the fabric. The sales team at Footstoolsandmore were very responsive, answered emails very quickly and even late at night. We sent in our own fabric which we bought at Laura Ashley as we wanted a very specific colour / texture but the fabrics on offer from Footstoolsandmore were great and strong contenders. We sent in more fabric than required but Footstools returned the leftover piece to us. The fabric had to be treated for fire safety, so the team organised for the fabric to be sent away and treated at a cost of £10. A few weeks later our stool arrived on time on the agreed delivery day and was packaged very well. All in all a friendly, efficient service and great experience. Would highly recommend.

We ordered a small footrest, and on receipt of this excellent product realised that WE had made a mistake, it was too small. Phoned the company telling them of our error, and it was our error. They replaced this stool with the next size up, and at no extra cost to ourselves. I have to say that generally I do not write reviews as I am not sure how genuine some are. Mark and Jen are responsive, helpful and very prompt. I've already ordered a bespoke footstool and so Mark was the obvious choice for a new headboard. Once they received the fabric, Mark made special effort to get it delivered in time for family members staying in the room that needed the headboard. I couldn't believe how well made the headboard was. It is amazing. He even included some simple "hidden" brackets so I could get it up on the wall straight away. The colour of fabric for a footstool I ordered was not quite right and I reordered another one in a different fabric. The return was handled efficiently and quickly and the new stool was made ready to be delivered before Christmas. A very good service.

I had been looking for a footstool but couldn't find one in the right material and size. Mark was so helpful, he sent off for samples of a specific leather which were sent to me to check, he suggested style changes, sourced bespoke finishing touches and then the footstool was made and dispatched within the timescales agreed which was 5 weeks even thought the leather came from Italy. The finished product has exceeded expectations - I was very impressed with the whole experience and couldn't recommend more highly.

I had fabric sent direct from a manufacturer to be used on a bespoke large square footstool with buttons. I chose black tapered legs. It was made to a very high standard, substantial and professionally made. I would highly recommend the service based on my experience.

We live in a small house with awkward spaces & very little cupboard space. We needed extra seating in our lounge which would also double as storage. When I couldn't find what I wanted from their samples on their website, they were extremely helpful in sourcing additional samples. After many samples sent to me which didn't quite match my requirements, they came up trumps with just what I was looking for.

I never do these but I received such good customer service and we are so thrilled with our green leather tablestool I felt honour bound to do a review. After to speaking to someone at the company about the colour I wanted ((before an order had been placed) I was sent at least 8 samples of different dark green pieces of leather which allowed me to pick the perfect texture and shade.
