Delivery & Returns

You'll be pleased to hear we offer FREE delivery to UK Mainland, and if you're not absolutely over the moon with your footstool just let us know, we'll make it simple for you to return.

Don't live in the UK Mainland? We're happy to deliver to other locations, simply Contact us and we'll provide you with a delivery quote.

Your footstool will be handled very carefully, wrapped in bubble-wrap and boxed to ensure a first class service. A reputable courier company will handle delivery, usually within 2 - 7 weeks (up to 7 weeks for larger items at busier times). We will advise of a delivery date as soon as we can, and work with you to ensure the process is as smooth as possible. We're only a phone call, text or email away so please Contact us with any questions you might have regarding delivery.

Small/Medium Items 

These would usually be delivered by APC Couriers. An email informing you of delivery would be sent 2-3 days prior to the delivery date. If you have any notes to add, or would like it to be left in a safe place please let us know. An eta text (2hr time slot) will be sent to you on the morning of delivery. If no text is received by 9.30am this could mean delivery is delayed to the following day. Feel free to contact us to check on this for you.

Large items 

Our large products would usually be delivered in a number of ways depending on your location.

Our van - Approx 5 days notice and a 2 hr time slot for delivery

Private courier - Approx 5 days notice and courier will call to arrange day/time.

Pallet courier - For remote areas or time sensitive deliveries your item may be sent on a pallet.They will take the pallet off the van and bring close as possible to your home. ETA available on morning of delivery.

Overseas deliveries - Please contact us with the product / size and your address. We can then send a shipping cost for anywhere in the world.

 

Returns 

We make every effort to ensure your footstool arrives in perfect condition. However, we understand that sometimes and for whatever reason, you may wish to return the product.

We offer a 7 day return guarantee (starting the day after receiving your goods) in which you can inform us if you would like to return your footstool for a full refund. After letting us know, you have up to 21 days to return the item. Your refund will be forwarded to you within 30 days of us receiving the returned item. Please note that you will be liable for the carriage costs involved in the return of goods. Goods should be wrapped in original packaging and un-used.
